I am a veteran multimedia designer and project manager with 10+ years of international experience. Thanks to my hybrid skill set and past experience as a programmer, I can bridge the gap between technical, creative, and managerial fields. I thrive in startups and companies that value growth, initiative, and flexibility.

I have a diplomatic and empathetic personality which, combined with my extensive experience, allows me to fit well within a team. I have strong organizational skills and prioritize a results oriented approach, time management, and optimization over cutting corners. 

I am bilingual and have worked with both national and international companies, on-location and remotely. I lived in China for 10 years, delivering innovative visual solutions for large-scale exhibitions, a fast-paced and dynamic field where adaptability and change management were key skills for success. Working in both Europe and Asia has prepared me to align easily with different corporate cultures and collaborate with incredibly diverse teams.

As a multimedia designer, my full-stack approach allows me to deliver end-to-end solutions, taking projects from concept to execution, working independently or collaborating synergistically with cross-functional teams. I pay close attention to detail while strictly following branding and art direction guidelines to produce high-quality deliverables that align creative vision with business objectives. My skills include videography, video editing & post-production, photography, 2D/3D motion graphics, and graphic design. I use both locally run and remote Generative AI models when acceptable, to drastically reduce workload and costs. 

As a certified project manager, I am cautious and consider the nature of the team, its roles, and specifics before deciding on a set of methodologies and collaboration tools, favoring less-is-more policies rather than overmanaging and wasting employee time. I’ve successfully implemented diverse combinations of PM systems, from small tracking tools and easy-to-use cloud storage solutions to agile frameworks such as Kanban and methodologies like 5S.

I am methodical with strong organizational skills and have experience fostering a culture of continuous improvement through peer-to-peer learning initiatives to mitigate risks during peak activity periods and improve team output levels.
